THE SCREENINGS AND PROGRAM OF THE DAY
In the next few weeks, we’ll release the detailed Program of our Event on our website. The activities for the day will include the screenings of some of the films in competition (at Centro Congressi, Saint-Vincent), Red Carpet and Gala Night with Award Ceremony (at Palais Theater, Saint-Vincent). As a one-day event, we have limited time to screen all the films in competition, so the films are shown at our discretion based on available time. If you’re attending the Event (let us know as soon as possible!), you can request the screening of your film: we’ll try to do our best to satisfy your requests. Please keep in mind that, whether your film is screened or not, the jury has watched it and you still could win your category! If your film will be chosen for the screening, we will contact you and will ask to provide the file with burned English subtitles. Please don’t send any materials unless you are requested to.
Be aware that we will take pictures/videos of the Event in order to promote the Event itself and all the contestants. We may share those contents on our social media/web site and with our partners/media partners. By attending the Annual Event, you agree that you may appear in pictures and videos and that those contents will be shared.
AWARDS AND PRIZES
The Winners of the Best of Year Competition will receive our Trophy, the prestigious Golden Oniros, during the Award Ceremony. There may be Honorable Mentions to those filmmakers or projects that haven’t won their categories, but whose skills and quality deserve to be celebrated. Via email, they will receive the Official Oniros Film Awards Annual Laurels and the Official Oniros Film Awards Certificate (digital format) ready for printing. Moreover, several Winners will be chosen by the Jury to receive an iPitch.tv Membership or an InkTip Script Listing or a Final Draft® scriptwriting software or an Official Selection by our Festival Partner The Best Actor Award. Lastly, all Winners of the Best of Year Competition will be listed on our website and social media, will be shared by our network of International Media Partners and may share their Win on IMDb.
